WORSHIP

Altar Guild
This faithful group works behind the scenes to prepare the altar and other areas of the church for Sunday worship and other special services. Betsy Warren, Director Barbara Samperisi, assistant Director

Choir
If you like to sing, visit us. Opportunities are noteworthy for various kinds of choir participation. Your singing voice is in special demand to do God’s work. Come lend us your voice! David Ripley, Choir Master

Lay Eucharistic Ministers (LEM)
Serving at the altar and bringing the sacraments to those who are in the hospital or home bound is the sacred ministry of these people. Confirmation is required, as is training in the recognition and prevention of sexual misconduct (provided by the Diocese) and new members are welcome. Robert Morales, Director

Acolytes
If you are between the ages 9-18 we invite you to join the Acolytes. Acolytes play an important part in leading Trinity’s worship services. Sign up today! Training provided. Grant Avise and Do McAllister, co-directors

Ushers
Great opportunity for meeting folks. If you are new, this is an easy way to meet fellow parishioners. This ministry provides us with an orderly welcome to everyone. Mike Donaldson, Director

Welcome Commission
An easy way to serve the Lord is by extending Hospitality to strangers and friends alike. We need you to help welcome guests and prospective new members at our front door on Sundays. Lisa Jewett, Chairperson

Stewardship Commission
Stewardship is everything we do after we say “I believe,” and the job of the commission is to assist in providing stewardship education year-round as well as spearheading the annual pledge campaign. Information on how and why to make a pledge is always available. John Ferguson, Chairman

Property Group
Come get your hands dirty and wipe the sweat off your brow every Friday morning with a dedicated group of men who help maintain the church property. We can’t get by without them! Head of Property, Doug Knarr

Landscape Committee
What will the grounds of our campus look like in 5 years? How can we best honor God through Trinity’s beauty while also being faithful stewards of creation’s resources? This group focuses on these and other long range questions. Jonne Ostrom, Chairperson

CHRISTIAN EDUCATION

Sunday School
Faithful teachers provide Christian Education for our children 3 to 18 years old. We are staffed by teams of volunteers who enjoy and are committed to working with children. We also offer a fabulous Vacation Bible School in the summer. Kristin Patterson and Suzanne Bilodeau, Christian Education Directors

Youth Groups
Jesus said: “Let the children come to me,” and we say, “Let the children come to Trinity!” If you are somewhere between your first day of 3rd grade (Sonseekers) and your high school graduation (middle and high school youth groups) see how you can be with friends, have fun, praise God, and help the community. Adult Education
A variety of opportunities for adult education and spiritual growth will be offered throughout the year, and we’re always open to new suggestions. Outreach Commission
So many hands offer help to those in need. We serve the needs of folks outside our community and those who are in need who are part of our membership. Stop by and see all the services supported by your many gifts. New members are welcome! Janette Mattson, Chairperson

Kitchen Guild

Environmental Stewardship

Parish Nurse Program
Medical information and support to our parishioners is offered by our Parish Nurses. Consider serving as a member of our Health Care Board. Ann Walker and Yvonne Omer, co-chairs

SPIRITUAL LIFE AND FELLOWSHIP

Prayer Shawl Ministry
Whether you knit, crochet, quilt or none of the above, you’re welcome to join this group that produces shawls which are made with prayer, blessed, and then given to individuals who are in particular need of this tangible sign of God’s love. If you’re unfamiliar with the “yarn and/or fabric arts”, we will be glad to teach you! Pat Spencer, Chairperson

Contemplative Prayer Group
This informal group meets one evening a month to share a time of prayer and reflection. Everyone is welcome, and if you are unfamiliar with the practice of contemplative, or centering, prayer, we will be happy to introduce you. Contact Rev. Jeannie for more information.

“Waking up with friends” Bible Study
Using a set curriculum, this group meets Friday mornings from 8:15am - 10am. We are about to start a study of Jesus’ parables and newcomers are welcome. Contact Rev. Jeannie for more information.

Brotherhood of St. Andrew
Join the “Men of Trinity” every Saturday morning for breakfast, prayer, study and service. Enjoy the fellowship as part of our Diocesan Bishop’s Chapter of the Brotherhood of St. Andrew, a National and International Ministry for the spread of Christ’s Kingdom among men and boys. The Trinity Players Theater Ministry
Formed to reach out to the community at large through the medium of theater, and to provide theatrical opportunities for church members to fellowship and work together on a common goal. It is our hope that we will be able to provide opportunities for Trinity church members to comfortably invite nonchurched friends to relaxed, informal theatrical events at Trinity. Seniors are Special (S.A.S.)
This open and lively group of seniors gathers every Tuesday in the Parish Hall, for programs of wide ranging interests, always followed by potluck lunch! John Norton, Chairman

Single Women’s Group

Book Study Group
